Well I have finally got some mojo but alas it's gone.. I took out my April kit and just couldn't do anything so I put it away will work on it next week... I did get one kit from dixiepieces where they had the fabulous kit with Scenic route I still have paper left maybe for some cards.. I have a couple duplicate but at least... they are done waiting to go into a book.. No more scrapbooking this week back to working hard and getting house stuff done... Have a great week ya all.

Well hubby was nice enought to let me Scrap for weekend but back to the Grindstone Monday...

I went over to Kelsey;'s house a friend of Amie's Had a great time over there.. Then Saturday

Teresa and April came over and DD so back to reality.... Here is some of my progress.

It seems I was just there but we didn't get what we needed to complete.. so we are back to get tings done hubby have some appts there as well...
Saturday... I will be scrapping at home if anyone wants to come over... and scrap with me you are welcome to...
I'm hoping to get my card swap finished desinged and a few challenge layouts done...

Well I have a ton of this stuff got two sets for my birthday... so I am trying to use it... Well it's new fresh etc.. and I have a lot of it.. I'm gonna try and make it work in one card trade..will see what else.. so far two layouts.

OMG it took forever last nite for me to get anything done.. I seem to have lost my mojo I'm gonna try a project tonite while stuff is still out but have to clean up 2morrow Dh coming home

My little girl really isn't so little or a baby which most of you know I refer to her as babygirl and so does my Mom.. She likes the name from us but not in public lol.. Well i'm so so proud of her she works for a company that has 300 employees and she got EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.. I'm so happy for her.. She has really grown she drawing great grades in school They gave her a plaque before I could ask she says yes mom someone took a picture of me and I took a pic of the plaque for you.. Lol.. That's my girl... I love you Babygirl... I'm so very proud of you.

Wow.. this has been a long birthday... LOL.. I am still getting gifts in the mail hehehehe..
I just want to take time to thank Everyone...DD gave me a plaque for her Dad and I to share with football opposite teams on them, some candle lite and a trip to Hobby Lobby,Debbie for the awesome scrappy stuff and the gift certificate she gave me for my b-day and (Kristi too), My hubby for being wonderful making me a cake that didn't turn out so well but I don't think we took pics.. ahhhh. he tried... also took me to dinner and good to me all year round just not my birthday... Amie, Angelina,Teresa, Delphina for all the scrappy stuff the wonderful dinner that was cooked cake and crop all for me and Jenn it was a blast I loved it especially meeting them after talking to then online for more than a year.. I meet Christine , Brooke also I had a great time. Thanks again girls it was a lot of fun.. The DT... Marci, Elisa,Ural, Suzy, Katee, Debbie,Kris, Pomaika, the gift certicate was so Awesome you girl so ROCK.. it's a pleasure to work with you all... I will be getting some of the new Revoulution 12" dies with that dinero.. April sent me a scrappy package. Thanks again all of you.. Shawna Rae sent me a package of Brighton goodies.. My Birthday Secret pal sent me a really cute load of Bo Bunny that was fun. Jessica Mandile took pics of my family can't wait to get those back We haven't taken family photos for a 1 1/2 almost we needed one. oh Ya.. My Mama how could I forget.. she sent me a coffee card and gift certificate for clothes.. I loved everything ... and I send love to all my family and wonderful friends new , old and future. You guys really made me feel special with all the stuff cards, email and wonderful gifts I received.. A HUGE HUG TO YOU ALL. I hope I didn't forget anyone..

Well I've gotten some bug I have a dry cough and a stuffy nose.. So I have a couple hours of work then it's to lay down cause it's the only thing that's gonna help me. I fight it don't know why.. I brought work home but I can work double 2morrow and do the totally necessary today..The checks lol.

BACK HOME... BRUISED , BANGED AND PROBABLY ONE CAR SHORT

We are back home.. finally it seem to take forever we had some last minutes things to do and left later than we usually do in Az. My hubby and I are real early birdS... We have to go back for a week Easter week we will be back for the whole week Hubby will work from Az and so will I but he has to go back for more testing and such.. Well I needed a pedicure..my hubby says he needed a nap.. So he told me to get one and he would take the dogs to the park and then rest.. So he picks me up when i'm done we leave the driveway coming to the first light.. and my sun glasses go flying off my face I jerk up and then back and says what the hec we were slowing for a red light.. I get out of the car my husband gets out some lady says that guy was racing back there and two other cars stopped and says they stayed back cause he was swaying so the police detained them. What's funny is soon as the crash happened the police heard it came out of the parking lot and were right there called for back up.. I'm so glad they were my husband was furious.. The guy sat in the car glaring at us..There was kids and I'm thinking I hope they had their seat belt.. Our dogs went flying.. poor little guys were tramatized... Anyways the guy was acting weird the witnesses were talking with us and I heard screaming and look the cop had to taken his baton out to threaten the guy had hit the clipboard out of the officers hand and was in his face I knew something was wrong.. his depth perception was off on the curb.. My husband told them to check him cause when he went to the car and told him to stay put till the cops got there. He says he just didn't seem right.. well when he got out and that curb incident finally after the hollering and etc.. by him they handcuffed him..When we were ready to leave he says we may be called to court I says what We have three people that pulled over he says well it's DUI related..oops.. When do these people learn... He had his KIDS.. in the car..They called the mom to pick them up she didn't come by us .. They police noticed them missing I told them the mom is overthere so he went to talk with her..She did not even go to the car where they arrested him. We are lucky we are moving instead of straight.. I have a big bruise on my arm with a knot.. a little sore..but I'm ok.. It could have been worse.. I had my seat belt on it happened in a split second. So much anyways.. I am ok .. the kids in the other car ok..so it was good My puppies were shaken but glad to be home..So now to be dealing with insurance and such. I have so much work to do.. now this. yikes.. So I'll be free to do more after Sunday.Hubby going on his trip and I'll be here..
My hubby took pics.. I was in shock I never even thought of it.. I was to worried about everything else.. My hubby says i know you have your camera let me take pics... I never even thought of it. He says I knew you were shaken cause you take pics of everything and you never thought of it LOL>
I had a great birthday.. I'll have more details soon as I can gather everything up etc...

HUBBY WON A TRIP TO CABO SAN LUCAS

MY hubby never wins anything... He won a trip to Cabo San Lucas.. He bought a raffle ticket for another trade show.. that is going on.. It's all paid trip.. Two airfare, Sheraton Hotel., 4 nites. My month dropped to the floor when he showed me the ticket etc.. Plus his registration for the trade show... heheeh So they say it retail 4K.. So we will be going in two weeks.. Gotta love raffles...

Well... this month there was card challenges over at simply obsessed each day.. So the 17th is my day to host one.. I decided that since we were in leap year that I would ask them to do a card with a frog on it.. You can do it digi, stamped, punched, the paper just as long as it has a frog on it. Happy Leap year you all...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SKIP...

Happy Birthday .. to my hubby. I am so glad that I found him he's just keeps me speechless sometimes which those of you who know me know that I can chat, chat, chat that's for sure. He is my best friend . We went to see Over my dead body last nite was pretty cute and funny last nite also to dinner with the in laws no pics just the one of him with the waterfall in front of the movies.. We went with the inlaws.. Today is his official birthday but we will be working for 4-5 hrs then his friend was having a bar-be-que he has not decided if he wants to go I'm not gonna swap the decesion It's whatever he wants to do I rather come home and try to scrap something will see what happens. I'm hoping for the second option was that he wanted just to stay home and barbeque himself.. hehehehe
I bought him a Cold Stones cake Cold Stones is his favorite ... So he was happy to see that in the freezer..

FEBRUARY IS A REALLY BUSY MONTH...

I love this yummy lline.. I want to play with it but today there is no time.. Dinner with hubby's family for his b-day but his b-day is 2morrow I have to work for 5 hrs 2morrow and do movies .. so I'm hoping to get something done... but I was on the mad hunt for this stuff yummo The embellies

Working on 8 x8 So I don't scramble like I did last year

Well I can't believe January is now over after today..Time is flying by as usual. I better step up the pace if I am gonna surpass my goal.. this year.. I need to get the photo's done once and for all. I'm trying to scrap both old and new stuff.. so I'm not so overwhelmed seeing the old pile up.

Welcome February it's such a busy month.

Wow January is almost over I can hardly believe it... well i didn't get 31 items done but I still have a couple days and got at least 1/2 done so every other day LOL>.. But next month i will try to get a few of the cards done ..They are having a card a day over at SimplyObsessed starting Feb 1st.. The layout challenge gosh you should see the gallery it's amazing... The girls there are also very friendly... The kits are always fun as well... Subscribe to one treat yourself... I'm hoping to get a few of them done.. i don't thinnk I can get them all done but I'm gonna give it the ol high school try to see just how many I can do..but that thing called works been getting in the way of everything lately.

This is the beauty of the 295 the drive up was incredible It was so nice.. It was 40 high during the day and 17 at nite..yikes..it was a long drive.... but all in all lots of fun..

Well here they are ... We went to Reno for a job my hubby had to do.. So while he was working I played Keno...

I won... I had been losing.. I was suppose to go to LSS but taxi 22.00 each way hubby was suppose to come home early called said that they needed him still to do some thing.. So i says well I 'll go downstairs and use that money to play with.. LOL. Glad I did... I won'.. So we were able to get Keno and Reno...

I WON A QK SILHOUETTE

I won this new Toy.

I belong to a monthly Qk Club we do a little project and get a die and a discount on all the QK dies anyhoo they had a drawing for this last month. I sat next to a lady named Valerie we chatted and we made jokes when we went in the circle about winning her and I. Well when they called the name there was 24 people eligble for it.. and Valerie won it.. Well she tried it out and says she doesn't have a lap top and that she didn't feel she would utilize it and asked the Scrapbook owner for my number and says she wanted to GIVE.. it to me.. Yes give.. I am still in aw.. She is a total stranger she was very nice and we did laugh a lot there.. I never expected this . I get to pick it up after my trip. She is leaving it there for me.. I'm still in shock.. I'm not a techno person... She says it's easy to use she just won't use it and wanted me to have it.. YIPPEE..

I can't wait to try it out.... I'm so excited...

I've been using Focus a lot this last couple weeks.. One focus is trying to get the older pictures I have scrapped as well as ones that have been taken.. so that is a really big thing for me this year to start scrapping older photos get them out of the buckets drawers and crates ...

Yesterday I wanted to scrap and had lots of housework to do..then today I woke up with a migraine so had to lay down but got something done.. Have to keep working to my goal.

WOW..It's really here.. 2008.. I have set a goal to do 250 projects ( I won't beat myself up if that doesn't get done) just thought I set some sort of goal to push myself to get my photo's in books I have so so many then there is 2008 where I will of course be taking more photos... so between layouts, recipes,cards, projects (i only count trades as one) I will hope to get that done.

I have started today and I'm hoping for 31 projects in January to start off the scrappy year but you never know..Sometimes the mojo goes...

So here is a start I am following some challenges at a couple places so will see what I get done.
