Here is the wonderful Delovely papers from Cosmo Cricket this line is so bright and beautiful.

I purchased the kit at Thoughts2paper I have only two out of 12 sets left.

The ribbon was custom made by one of my great Scrappy Friends she made them to match

all the beautiful papers in this kit I have cherished every inch of this ribbon.  This was a new

type card for me. My friend Eva the Queen Cardmaker challenged me to make this card.

She made one with Lala land crafts stamps and it was so stinking cute I had to give it a try

was not as bad as I thought better than the easel that I had trouble with lol.  Well Happy

My Minds Eye Challenge #13 with Meadowlark

I had a great time working with these gorgeous papers from My Minds Eye this is the Meadowlark line. I have been waiting for ther right opportunity to crack into these papers. This is a photo of my niece and her boyfriend at a Sadie Hawkins dance.  The layout was based off a Sketch and Challenge 13 Hope

is the Title of this and underneath the circle is thejournaling for Hope in their future. All the butterflies are fussy cut it was a lot of work I don't have of all things a small butterfly punch which would have made it so simple. The gymp trim is such a perfect pink for this along with the Zva Lt pink pearls bling. The flower on the bird cirlce was  a first for me and was fun. I traced and cut the leaves I spent a ton of time on doing these little details because I want these layouts to be perfect in her book.

This paper is not something I normally would work with as a matter of fact it's very hippy 70's for me but I ended up loving it I fussy cut the side bar and put ranger clear accents on it and add Helmar demensionals to lift it to page simply but the photo is a great one of us. Had such a wonderful time and these ladies are the bestest of friends to me. Just love them to death. Looking forward to another beautiful retreat up there in the near future.

Celebrating Memories of Xmas in July

Welcome all my wonderful blog readers.  We are having a month long celebration at Unscripted Sketches

We would love to have you all play along with the sketches,games and fun.  We will have something posted on the blog daily.

Here is one of my favorite projects I've done.   I absolutely think this Helen Grace paper had to be my favorite of all time.  My Daughter was so happy with it she puts it out each year

My Sweet baby girl still counts the days till it's that special day. I made two of these calendars one for her and one for me. It was simple project.  It's a $1.00 frame mod podged the paper to it, used thickers,sticker numbers, cut the trees out with my cricut.  Decorated a small metal clip and you have a Countdown Calendar.

Traditions and change as we all know involves a lot of hard work.

Are you a creature of habbit or do you change up the Holidays?

For many years we did the same thing year after year after year. Then My Mother in Law passed it changed instantly overnite. Change wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and we are having fun changing things up.

We use to go on Christmas Eve to her house for a lovely dinner , gifts and Elephant exchange.  Christmas day then was spend at my brothers with everything again two long days full of family and way to many presents.

I often sit back and think about all of the things I wish I were doing more of or better those become my resolutions do I ever get to thru the whole list. No Not once but the intention is there.

Happy 4th of July and Happy Anniversary to the love of my life

My soulmate best friend two become one that is us. We have had managed to be more and more in love each day thru the years.  We have many more adventures ahead of us.  You picked a fabulous day to get married and celebrate our love.

I know my heart still skips a beat when you are in the room. You are so good to me I couldn't ask for a better partner in life.  

Here is the Maid of Honor and Best Man and still to this day the best friends in our life.

Here are all the wonderful people that are still in my life today and have stood by us thru the years I love you all it seems as thought it were just yesterday.
Happy Anniversary to the man of my dreams I look forward to the rest of our adventure.
